Her goldfish dead, her lover exposed as a rat, Shawn Holloway leaves her bank post and goes to the roof intent on suicide. Before she can leap, she's taken hostage by Charlie Anders, a fleeing bank robber. He and his partners have stolen a million in cash and plan to escape to Venezuela. Shawn agrees to cooperate if Charlie promises to kill her once he's in the clear. Parts of the plan go awry, so Charlie has time to try to pierce her bleak manner and self pity, and she has time for reflection. As night falls, their interlude ends: they're each alone, Charlie facing prison as the police close in, and Shawn staring down at a river from atop a high bridge.

A brilliant film. Ilove Selma Blair in this film, because its performance is very, very natural. It seems as if it really depressed, which is good. People can not think, but she looks really cute in the movie because of the composition which carries. I also think Max Beasley acted very well in the movie, in fact, this movie is definitely one of my favorites. I keep seeing again and again. The story is about a lady named Shawn Halloway () Selma Blair, who is depressed because her lover left her and his wife is pregnant, her goldfish died and some customers have asked their names. In addition, her father left her when she was eleven years old. She is about to jump the top of a building where Charlie () Max Beasley is a hostage. A strike which the negotiations: it will help you escape (a thief) and you have to kill later. 24 hours with Charlie changed his perspective on life. This story is incredible. Ask yourself a favor and buy

I just happened to come across this movie one night when I could not sleep. Selma Blair since he had in him, I stopped and was immediately drawn in. In fact, I liked it so much that I have seen that every time he entered a movie channel in the rest of that week. I've been looking for the DVD all over the world and have not been able to find it. The film follows Shawn (played by the talented Selma Blair) who, after some bad events in his life, has decided to commit suicide. But as she is about to jump from a building, she is kidnapped by a bank robber on the run. The rest of the movie follows the two, since it runs from 2 detectives trying to catch them. It's funny and sad and moving, and the final was well worth the wait. If you're looking for a fun, suspense and offbeat, film, this is for you. Definitely worth your time.
